ProtectHear filtered noise plugs are individually crafted under the strictest conditions from an exact impression of the user’s ears. Each pair are custom-manufactured using specially formulated medical-grade silicone, to offer the highest degree of comfort whilst providing a highly effective acoustic barrier. ProtectHear filtered noise plugs are vented and incorporate a passive acoustic filter, which attenuates loud noises whilst maintaining the ability of the individual to hear speech, ambient noise and to use telephones and radios. Excessive background noise is reduced, resulting in increased safety and working comfort.

Canal – Ideal for use under motorcycle helmets, more discreet than full option making it the perfect choice for leisure use.
Full – Ideal for industry, full option is easier to see if dropped and is less discreet making it ideal for PPE compliance monitoring.

This device is custom made to fit the user’s ears. The wearer will need to visit a hearing care professional to have ear impressions taken. The cost for ear impressions will vary, but are likely be about £50. Instructions on how to do this will be emailed to you within one working day from your purchase. We also offer a free UK postal service for sending us your impressions. We are happy to advise you every step of the way to ensure you are happy with your product.
