Open fitting domes, used to replace damaged or discoloured domes, domes should ideally be replaced every 2-3 months depending on use and maintenance. These domes simply attach to the end of your sound tube with a firm push. Always ensure that a new dome is pushed firmly onto the tubing over all the ridges before inserting into the ear.
